The church is family. Throughout the New Testament family language is used – brother, sister, parent, and child. We don’t just attend the same church. We aren’t just members of the same organization. We are family.
We need fellowship. We need encouragement. We need to laugh together. We need to cry together. We need to work together. We need to learn to love each other. It’s important for our lives to overlap with each other.
