Jesus embraced the Supernatural and talked about it with passion and conviction. It is impossible to accept Jesus on any level if we do not also share with Jesus his belief in the spiritual realm. Jesus talks about heaven as though it is a very real place. He talks about hell as if it is a very real place. Jesus not only talks about angels and demons as if they were very real beings, but he actually interacted with them. Jesus talked to angels and to demons. He cast demons out of people. He commanded them. Angels came and ministered to him after his time of temptation in the desert. They comforted him in the garden. If Jesus was just imagining all of this, or he was just acting out a charade for the benefit of his audience, then Jesus isn’t a Savior and Lord to be believed, obeyed and worshiped.
