Sunday School & Small Group Bible Study

It’s great to praise and pray as well as listen and learn with dozens of other followers of Jesus on a Sunday morning; however, a large church service is not where vital relationships are built. We must connect with each other in a way that takes us beyond the Sunday morning handshake. On some Sundays, the closest we get to our neighbor is to stare at the back of their head during offering. As essential as the group worship time is, we need a time and place for the “one another” aspect of Christian community.

Son-Rise gives you several opportunities to do this. First, is our Sunday School classes which take place every Sunday between services from 9 am to 9:45. We have classes for all ages.

We also host a variety of small groups throughout the year that meet in a variety of places. As groups are scheduled we will let you know on the website, church newsletter, and bulletin.
